I was moving into a new place having just arrived in Portland. The two plumbers who came over were friendly, efficient and went the extra mile.While they were waiting for the water heater to drain down, they actually helped me move some of my furniture. This was totally unexpected and very much appreciated!I tried to tip the helper and he was embarrassed and said, "you do not need to do that." Well, the good thing about being me is that there is a lot I do not have to do - and there are things I get to do. One of those things was actually tipping this kind person AND taking the time to write this review.While I did not hire this company, I am grateful that the management company did ... bodes well for the future that they hire quality vendors.
Have NG water heater that the pilot light keeps going out. Called and they came out that evening. The 2 gentlemen was very nice, checked everything out and figured it was just not getting enough air in the room. I added a new vent in the wall and it has helped. Since they didn't do any 'work' and they knew I had 3 other companies out already (all with different explanations that cost me over $1000) I think they took pity on me and didn't charge me. Really appreciated and will be calling on them when it is time to repair or replace it.
I have used this company twice. Both times they have been very responsive, professional, and easy to work with. The first experience was for emergency plumbing which they arrived like a swat team and handled swiftly. The most recent was what ultimately was a clogged sewer line. Also, handled swiftly and professionally. They are very easy to work with and I could not be more impressed with their crews. I highly recommend these plumbers.
We had BNG plumbing replace all of the plumbing in my house along with some of the waste water drainage piping. Also installed a new tub in my bathroom which was good quality and doesn’t flex like cheap Home Depot tubs.Company is professional, comes prepared and ready to work. As a business owner in the construction field, I would recommend them for any residential or commercial job.Thanks Craig/Robby/Tanner/JoeYou guys rock!
